Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a supportive and organized Teaching Assistant to help teachers with classroom activities, learning materials, and student support. The ideal candidate should be patient, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lessons, classroom activities, and learning exercises.
• Provide guidance to students during individual and group activities.
• Prepare, distribute, and organize classroom materials and resources.
• Help maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Assist with monitoring student attendance, participation, and progress.
• Communicate classroom observations and student concerns to the teacher.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant educational qualifications are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to work effectively with students.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with teaching staff.
• Previous classroom or student-support experience is preferred.
