Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
