Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
