Airport Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
  • Handle luggage, ensuring proper tagging and transport.
  • Provide security guidance and support airport safety procedures.
  • Direct passengers and ensure a smooth flow in terminals.
  • Assist with lost and found items and baggage claims.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in airport operations or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
