Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and deplaning processes.
- Handle baggage, including loading, unloading, and sorting.
- Provide information and directions to passengers.
- Ensure compliance with airport safety and security protocols.
- Assist passengers with special needs and mobility assistance.
- Work closely with airline staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the airport terminal.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or airport role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy luggage.
