Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
- Handle luggage, ensuring proper tagging and transport.
- Provide security guidance and support airport safety procedures.
- Direct passengers and ensure a smooth flow in terminals.
- Assist with lost and found items and baggage claims.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training is a plus.
- Previous experience in airport operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
