Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data in various systems and databases accurately.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct any errors.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Generate reports and perform data quality checks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
