Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Provide product or service information clearly and accurately

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Computer literacy and fast typing skills
