Primary Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students.
• Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes student well-being.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• State teaching certification or licensure for the applicable grade levels.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably at the primary school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
