Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
