Gym Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist gym members and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Manage membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle inquiries, provide information about gym services, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, class schedules, and payments.
  • Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings.
  • Process transactions and handle cash or electronic payments.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Support gym staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Promote gym programs and services to members.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and gym management systems.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
