IT Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Assistant to join our team. The IT Support Assistant will assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and user guides.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist with software updates, backups, and system upgrades.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Support IT team in various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency with Windows/Mac OS environments.
• Familiarity with networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
