Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a welcoming and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and calendars.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
