Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with fitting rooms, product selection, and purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Restock and replenish inventory as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and returns in a courteous manner.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
