Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and promote company products/services to clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
