School Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate student records and update databases as needed.
  • Support teachers with classroom preparation, material organization, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating school events, meetings, and activities.
  • Handle student attendance records and reporting.
  • Provide support to students and parents with inquiries and concerns.
  • Distribute communications and notices to students, parents, and staff.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of school newsletters and bulletins.
  • Manage inventory of school supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a school assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and school management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
