Store Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Store Assistant to join our team. The Store Assistant will support store operations and provide excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize store displays and merchandise.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are correctly labeled.
  • Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Support other store activities and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
