Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct online research and compile data.
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
  • Coordinate and organize virtual meetings and events.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and records.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Provide customer service support as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
