Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and office records.
  • Assist with data entry and document management.
  • Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
