Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up or provide information.
  • Resolve issues and provide product/service information.
  • Maintain call logs and customer records.
  • Achieve daily performance targets and maintain quality service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
