Inventory Controller

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized Inventory Controller to monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse and stock operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies while ensuring inventory is properly recorded and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Record incoming, outgoing, transferred, and returned inventory.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with system records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report issues to management.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and other relevant teams regarding stock requirements.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant inventory or supply-chain education is preferred.
• Good computer and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of stock control and inventory procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or stock-control experience is preferred.
