Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and deplaning procedures.
- Handle baggage, including loading and unloading from aircraft.
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, airport services, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and safety protocols.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities.
- Coordinate with airline staff to manage any issues, delays, or emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal area.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or airport-related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Physical ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
