Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints, offering solutions or escalating as needed.
  • Record customer feedback and report common issues to the management.
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
