Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into databases and systems with precision and speed.
  • Verify accuracy of data input and correct errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
  • Proficient typing skills and familiarity with data entry procedures and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of databases and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
