Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
