Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain customer records and update information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
