Call Center Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or promotions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Document and update customer information in the database.
  • Process orders, returns, and other transactions.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets and call handling quotas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
