Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, files, and office supplies.
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Support different departments with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
