Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store tidy.
• Handle customer complaints and returns in a courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
