Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide them with appropriate directions or information.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage student attendance records and ensure that absences are recorded correctly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and communications.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist in the coordination of school events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
