Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills.
