Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to assist shoppers, promote products, and support daily retail operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while helping maintain an organized and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist with product selection
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain product displays and stock levels
• Assist with inventory checks and stock organization
• Support the team in achieving sales and customer service goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and cash-handling abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
