Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
• Handle payments and process transactions using the POS system.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Address customer concerns and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
