Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or surveys.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and service quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
