Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or surveys.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and service quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
