Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries.
  • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Prepare shipping documents and invoices.
  • Resolve any delivery or logistics-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
