Job Summary:
We are hiring a Logistics Assistant to support transportation, inventory, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will help coordinate shipments, maintain logistics records, and ensure the timely movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules
- Maintain inventory and logistics documentation
- Track shipments and update delivery records
- Prepare shipping and receiving documents
- Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and warehouse teams
- Support daily logistics and inventory operations
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous logistics experience is preferred
