Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions and update ledgers
  • Assist with invoice preparation and billing
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Maintain financial documents and reports
  • Support the accountant during audits and monthly closing

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
