Customer Service Representative – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements.
  • Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
