Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the housekeeping team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
