Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Review data for errors and discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with generating reports and retrieving data as needed.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
