School Receptionist


  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Manage the school’s front desk, ensuring it is neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update student records and attendance logs.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for school staff and administration.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Distribute school materials, newsletters, and notices to students and parents.
  • Address inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
  • Support the administrative team with various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in coordinating school events, parent-teacher conferences, and other activities.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
