Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle student attendance records and maintain files.
  • Coordinate communications between staff, parents, and students.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
