Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recording transactions and preparing vouchers
  • Handle invoice processing and expense records
  • Support bank reconciliation and account statements
  • Maintain accounting files and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
