Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:

Softje Technology Solutions is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our office.


  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with office supply management and order supplies as needed.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
