Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and deplaning processes.
- Handle baggage, including loading, unloading, and sorting.
- Provide information and assistance to passengers and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with airport safety and security procedures.
- Assist with special needs services, such as wheelchair assistance.
- Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle lost and found inquiries and resolve passenger issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the terminal and work areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or airport role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy baggage.
