Airport Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and issue boarding passes.
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport services.
• Process baggage claims and ensure proper handling and delivery of luggage.
• Perform security checks and ensure compliance with airport safety regulations.
• Escort passengers with special needs and provide assistance as required.
• Coordinate with airline staff and ground personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
