Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Ensure consistent product quality by adhering to company standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café and work areas.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Provide recommendations and upsell products to customers.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing café supplies and inventory.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso beverages.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing orders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
