Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Provide product/service information and resolve complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication scripts and meet performance targets
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
