Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
