Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and update records.
  • Follow call center scripts and procedures.
  • Meet performance targets and call handling metrics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
  • Patience and problem-solving abilities.
