Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide receipts, refunds, or change as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report discrepancies and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
