Customer Service Representative – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist customers with product/service information and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
