HR Data Analyst

Job Summary:
Matrashabd Consulting is seeking a highly analytical HR Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in data analysis and interpretation to support human resources functions. The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in providing insights and recommendations based on HR metrics and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and report HR-related data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Assist in workforce planning by analyzing data on recruitment, retention, and employee performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
