HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and report HR-related data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in workforce planning by analyzing data on recruitment, retention, and employee performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
