Insurance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details
  • Process and submit insurance claims accurately
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
  • Communicate with patients about their insurance benefits
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; medical billing certification is a plus
  • Experience with health insurance procedures and billing systems
  • Knowledge of ICD/CPT codes and claims processing
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication with patients and insurance providers
