Kitchen Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, peel, and chop ingredients
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation tasks
• Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen surfaces
• Dispose of waste and follow hygiene standards
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a kitchen is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of basic food safety is an advantage
